Happy Cinco de Mayo! In honor of this festive holiday, here is a quick recipe for a Cinco de Mayo dish. Enjoy!
Step 1 – In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally until chicken is brown on both sides. Sprinkle with a taco seasoning mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, just until the chicken is no longer pink in center.
Step 2 While chicken is cooking, heat taco shells and then assemble the toppings. Divide chicken mixture among the shells; add shredded cheese, cheese ‘n salsa dip, and some fresh toppings if desired.
