With debate excitement ramping up in the St. Louis area, I decided to check out Washington University the site of the 2nd debate. The site is bustling with activity as the preparation for Sunday’s debate. Here is what it is like to be at Washington University during a presidential debate.
Budweiser is very prominent in the St. Louis area as they are headquartered here in St. Louis. To left of the Media center a Biergarten and a Clydesdale meet and greet was set up.
In Mudd Field MSNBC and Fox News had their studios set up. C-SPAN had a interactive tour bus to help people learn what they do. Also in Mudd Field, Washington University organized a stand with a photo booth and games.
In Brookings Hall, CNN had their setup. They had their main stage and also a smaller one in front of Brookings.
If a debate comes to your city, I suggest you go because of the historical impact it has. Go be part of history today!
